Cancellation and Refunds

Refund Eligibility

You DSC Guru offers refunds under specific conditions to ensure fair service delivery. Customers are eligible for a 100% refund in the following scenarios:​

• Before order creation or processing begins

• Before order approval by the Certifying Authority

• In case of insufficient or incorrect documentation submitted by DSC Guru

• If the order is cancelled within 3 days of payment, provided processing has not commenced

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued once your Digital Signature Certificate application has been approved and the certificate is generated.

Additionally, no refunds are provided for errors in data entry made by the customer, defective USB tokens reported after 7 days of delivery, or services already utilised

Refund Process

All refund requests must be submitted to contactdscguru@gmail.com within the eligible time-frame. Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method within 7 to 10 working days, subject to banking schedules and holidays. The service validity period for applying your DSC is 50 days from the date of payment
