
Cancellation and Refunds
DSC Guru follows a strict no refund policy for all Digital Signature Certificate (DSC) and related service purchases.
All payments made for DSC, USB tokens, and associated services are non‑refundable, once the order is placed and payment is successfully completed.
Non-Refundable Fees
Refunds will The following are non‑refundable in all cases:
DSC application fees
Verification, e‑KYC, and processing charges
USB token charges (except in cases of approved replacement)
Any convenience or payment gateway charges
Order Cancellation
Orders cannot be cancelled once the application has been submitted on the portal or processing has started.
If a customer decides not to proceed after providing documents or OTP/eKYC, the amount paid will still remain non‑refundable, as backend processing effort is already involved.
USB Token Issues
In case of a physically damaged or non‑working USB token received at the time of delivery, the customer must inform DSC Guru within 3 days of delivery along with unboxing images/video as proof.
On verification, DSC Guru may provide a replacement token only, at its discretion.
Replacement of tokens does not include refund of any amount.
Exceptional Cases
In rare and exceptional situations such as:
Duplicate payment made for the same order, or
Amount debited but order not created due to technical error
DSC Guru may, after verification, process a refund or adjust the amount against a future order. This is at the sole discretion of DSC Guru and subject to internal review.
How to Raise a Request
For any payment‑related concern (duplicate payment, failed transaction, etc.), customers can write to contactdscguru@gmail.com with the following details:
Registered mobile number and email
Transaction ID / UTR number
Payment date and amount
Brief description of the issue
DSC Guru will review the request and respond within 7 working days. Any approved refund, in exceptional cases only, will be processed to the original mode of payment, subject to bank/payment gateway timelines.
