Delivery Coverage

DSC Guru provides free USB token delivery across all serviceable locations in India (PAN India delivery). Standard delivery typically takes 3 to 7 business days from the date of DSC approval, depending on your location and local courier availability.

Shipping Process

Once your Digital Signature Certificate is approved and issued, it will be loaded onto a USB token and shipped to your registered address. You will receive tracking information via email and SMS to monitor your shipment status. Please ensure someone is available at the delivery address to receive the package.

Delivery Issues

If you do not receive your USB token within the expected timeframe, contact our support team immediately at contactdscguru@gmail.com or call to +9194262 62938 during working hours (Mon–Sat, 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM).
For damaged or defective tokens, report the issue within 7 days of delivery for replacement consideration. Address changes must be communicated before shipment dispatch.
