Service Agreement

By using DSC Guru's services, you agree to provide accurate information for DSC application and comply with the Information Technology Act and regulations set by the Controller of Certifying Authorities (CCA).
DSC Guru acts as an intermediary between customers and licensed Certifying Authorities for secure Digital Signature Certificate issuance.

User Responsibilities

Customers must ensure all submitted documents are genuine, current, and accurate. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your DSC and private key, promptly reporting any compromise or loss, and updating DSC Guru of any changes to your registered details during the certificate's validity period. Services must be used for lawful purposes only in compliance with Indian laws

Limitations of Liability

DSC Guru reserves the right to refuse service at its sole discretion without incurring liability. Warranty and maintenance of the Digital Signature Certificate are subject to the Certifying Authority's terms, and DSC Guru does not accept responsibility for misuse of certificates by users. All disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Valsad, Gujarat.
